“The food is consistently great tasting and quality. The service( Steven)is prompt yet we never felt rushed. Very friendly. The chicken Milanese is crispy, cooked through and very tender. Served on a large bed of arugula. The pizzas are all great , crispy crust and nice toppings. The pasta is cooked fresh and you can tell. For desert I would highly recommend a cannoli. Left dinner feeling very satisfied. Great portions.“
“Came here with my wife for karaoke on a Friday and we had a lot of fun. Sang a couple songs and sang along with the other folks singing. They had a solid crew of locals and regulars who come just for karaoke and the regular bar crowd. Everyone was very supportive and into it. The bartender was very nice and so was the two people running the karaoke. If you want to let loose and sing some music in a supportive, judgement free atmosphere then I highly recommend the neighborhood tavern in Farmingdale.“
“Amazing restaurant whether it's with friends or family! One of my best friends from college raved about this restaurant and it's easily a hidden gem! You wouldn't normally expect to have a Greek-Mexican fusion restaurant but this one is amazing! I highly recommend getting their stuffed poblano peppers (stuffed with Cauliflower as I'm vegetarian) - 11/10! They even have mocktails and I recommend the mango mule - which I absolutely loved! Will definitely be back here, but given today was Saturday, the restaurant was busy so you couldn't hear the conversation, but food and service are top notch! Also...Food Network...get here ASAP!“
“We hadn't been to Palmers in a while so it was our first time back in over a year. The food and waitress were excellent. A lot of people working hard. The only negatives were it got very noisy around 7:00 on Saturday and the one young hostess was not very personable. She didn't greet us when we came in at all.“
“Love this place. I don't drink, and even for me as a teetotaler, it is always a warm, inviting, and comfortable space that is low on attitude and big on fun. Karaoke nights with Dennis (first Saturday of the month typically) are an absolute blast!“
“Went here on a Tuesday night with a group of 8. The food was great and the service was on point . Our waitress was attentive and polite. All the food was cooked correctly and tasted awesome. This was the second time here and won't be the last for sure !“
“Perfect place to go to on any day, although the game atmosphere on the weekends is a party; crowded but not overcrowded and everyone is friendly. During the week it is quieter and easy to get a table. The servers know their jobs well and are attentive when you need it without overdoing it.The menu has a different selection from what I expected. There is delicious beer cheese soup, thinly sliced reuben sandwiches with sauerkraut and dressing, various salads such as fantasia salmon salad, buffalo wings, calamari, quesadillas and many more selections including a brunch on Sundays. I don't give 5 stars on food unless it is incredibly special, but this place deserves a very high 4 stars not only for the food but for the quick order taking and serving. Pricing is average unless you are a big drinker; if you are drinking, there are a huge variety of beers and other alcoholic drinks. There are about 50 live streaming tv's on every wall, including on the outside wall if you prefer to eat outdoors.Great place to go to with friends and family. Changing Times Pub has to be tried out!Parking: There are parking spaces all along the front and back of Changing Times, but there is also a large lot right next to the small group of connected stores that this pub is a part of.“
“First time eating here, and my wife and I ordered a sandwich with GRILLED SKIRT STEAK, PROVOLONE, PICKLED GARDINAIRE, ARUGULA, TRUFFLE AIOLI, ON A CIABATTA ROLL . It came with pickle and French fries. We enjoyed it so much that we can't wait to go back!! Definitely recommend eating there!!“
“I was about 8 years old probably younger maybe 6 when I first entered JTWO Lounge. My dad owned the pizza place next door til about 1970 I am 60 years old now. I can still smell and see the lounge. I went back about ten years ago and someone did remember my dad. The Jtwo and Nicola’s Ristorante next door actually slipped pies over to the bar- they were the inventors of the first bar pie ever! I was there sitting at the bar when a baseball player came to sign autographs probably around 1967 ish - I have such fond memories of that whole strip being my Sesame Street!“
“The food was very good. My entire family ordered the pick 3 meal which is definitely a good value. Definitely try the loaded potato soup.Parking: The restaurant is located within a large strip mall with plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Very child friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is one floor and has a handicap accessible bathroom“
“We had SUCH a great time here. Service was excellent. The playlist is so fun, and the bartender was incredibly personable. I was joking about loving fig jam so he surprised me a fig cocktail! Now THAT is service! Love this place! (Also the pretzel bites with Brie and fig were phenomenal, but of course I’m biased as a fig fan ?)“
“Hidden little gem of a place. Our food was great, good sized portions at very reasonable prices. They have karaoke Monday, Wednesday and Friday and live music Saturday nights and various entertainment during the holiday season. Looking forward to taking the kids to " Breakfast with Santa " December 2nd. Very cute place with excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out.Parking: Plenty of parking at front, side and back of the building. Good lighting.Kid-friendliness: Lots of food options for the kids, coloring books and crayons.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking spots right outside the back door with wheelchair ramp. Easy access to the restroom.“
“First time back in a while. Food is still great. Service was excellent. Waiter came by table constantly to make sure everything was okay. Ray the manager is the best. He runs a tight ship. I miss some of the old menu items but the Thai Chili wings are to die for and the signature cappuccino is still great. Will be back again.“
“This place is great. Just walked in for a drink or two, might've been 3. I'm not sure about their food. So I can't comment on that. The beer selection was good. We walked in around 9ish, and a live band was playing on a Saturday night. Music was good, definitely room for dancing. Live DJ afterward. I'm in my 50s, so just a word of caution. Around 11 o'clock, a herd of 20 something yr olds start pouring in. Other than that, good time if you are in the mood to party for a bit.“
“The history of the place plus their live band was a great atmosphere the crowd was mixed, I was impressed to see young folks really getting into it this old blues jazz.If you want to really enjoy the evening this experience reserve a table and have dinner their.I had never been their before but am definitely going back. Its a great place to take someone you want to impress.“
