“On September 5, 2025, My new wife and I had a beautiful wedding at the Riviera water front mansion and let me tell you…….even though this place is a little pricey, their service was phenomenal they were on point with everything. The maitre d’ took care of my wife and I , so well made sure everything was done on time and made sure the food came out on time and made sure her dress was perfect and also made sure we both ate and drank a lot of water. It was perfect and helped us so much and the food was amazing. All my guest were commenting on how good the food was. My wife was so impressed on how they handled everything really the Maitre d’ made everything so easy for us and was so helpful from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the main reception to even after the wedding, I was REALLY impressed, I highly recommend this place for a wedding they really go up and Beyond on making your special day very special and perfect, I honestly have NO complaints about the Riviera at all not even one thing. They really out did themselves on our wedding day. Thank you guys for truly making this so spectacular.“

Danielle was amazing to work with planning the menu to suit our budget. Making adjustments as needed. Joe and Danielle came out the week before to view the site and give advice on how to set things up. The day of the event they were amazing. We were 7 adults and 5 kids under 5 years of age and she served up a triple appetizer platter for pre-dinner cocktails as well as a plated 3 course dinner for each of us in my home with a well thought out menu we helped created with her. The food was unbelievable - surf & turf for adults with a specially prepared kid friendly dinner as well -- ending with a mouthwatering mousse cake! Utmost professional service, totally prepared and served by a warm, friendly, attentive waitress, Victoria. They were a dynamic team and I can't say enough about sitting back and having these wonderful women do all the work as we sat back to enjoy the celebration. “Just left Roccos Pizza and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Pete. He’s an absolutely gentleman and I wish him and the new pizzeria plenty of luck. I just say that the place was immaculately clean and has an old school Italy feel to it. Tried the Drunken Grandma Pie and it was delicious! It clearly has a homemade sauce and was made with the freshest of ingredients. They also have a great family meal deal where you get a pie, a dozen knots and a dozen wings. I’ll be looking to get that for Sunday football in the weeks to come! I will absolutely be back to try all the other food that Roccos has to offer! **Highly recommend**“

“My mom threw my baby shower at her home this past weekend. During the planning process we reached out to the world of Facebook for recommendations. We heard the culinary studio mentioned multiple times so we went with them. We are so glad we did. The food was incredible. The staff was perfect and not overbearing at all. He does an amazing job, and made the process simple, stress-free, and all at a very competitive price.The food was amazing and there was nothing but compliments from friends and family about how well the venue was set up and how great the service was.Brian has the resources and skill to host a wide variety of events, large or small, and has a very capable staff.His food was delicious, and he was readily able to accommodate various dietary restrictions for our guests.I especially appreciated how his contract for the wedding package was simple, straightforward, extremely accommodating to our needs, and there were no surprises.Brian is very down to earth and makes himself readily available over phone, email, and in person.We were absolutely impressed with how EASY he made everything for us.In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Brian went above and beyond for us repeatedly and truly made us feel like VIPs. “This store has been our favorite family store for years, ever since my firstborn was a toddler (and now he’s over 10!). This place is like a mini amusement park for kids. There are buttons to press, characters to wave to, music, animatronics: it keeps them entertained while I try to get some shopping done.

We especially love their seasonal events. Around Halloween, they always have cute themed setups and candy stops for the kids, which makes every visit feel like a little adventure. And let’s not forget the ice cream: honestly, that’s our main reason for coming sometimes! The vanilla is a classic, and the rewards program lets you collect points for free coffee or a sweet treat, which is a total mom-win after a long day.

While I don’t do my main grocery haul here (they don’t carry everything), it’s an easy, enjoyable shopping trip, low-stress and family-friendly. Their sushi is surprisingly decent and made fresh on-site. They also have a hot food bar, some items are hit or miss for my taste, but the soups are consistently good.

We’ve also enjoyed the lobster rolls and the fun weekend BBQ setup outside in the summer - burgers and hot dogs fresh off the grill, which adds to the experience.

The staff is always friendly, and the whole store just has a warm, welcoming vibe. If you’re a parent on Long Island, this is definitely a spot to check out (especially if your kids are cranky and you need coffee and entertainment in one place!).“

“We hired Hostess with the Mostess for our engagement party. I cannot recommend this company enough. We ordered a cheese board that was beautiful and an amazing seafood tower. Every single person was talking about how polite, knowledgeable, and professional the griller and shucker were. We will definitely be using this company for every event.“
