“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

“I arrived at insomnia cookies in Babylon. It was in the aftermath of the St Patrick’s day parade. It was very very busy, however they took our order very quickly. I was waiting for my cookies for quite a while due to the volume of customers within. I didn’t mind the long wait, I had myself a beautiful date with me, however, the manager, I believe he was the manager, took this very seriously and provided me with 5 FREE red velvet cookies in compensation for my wait time. I didn’t even have to about the wait. He just saw that I was here waiting for a long time and took it upon himself to make it right. You don’t see that sort of thing a lot in today’s world. My first bite was heaven. I’m not not normally a fan of red velvet, but free is for me, so I gave it a shot. 12/10 if I could rate above 5 stars I would. If you’re thinking about taking walk down to this cookie parlor; think no more, and get yourself a couple of these exceptional cookies. Amazing service, amazing flavor.“
