“Kid-friendliness: We came here for some quick lunch after playing at “ladybugs play” in the same plaza. It was my son’s 4th bday. They pushed their small tables together for our family, and put on a show of tossing the pizza dough when they noticed my son was watching. One gentleman offered my 2 kids free ice cream once they finished their lunch since it was Niko’s birthday. Not to mention how DELICIOUS the pizza was. I’ve never noticed the flavor of the sauce on my pizza before, but theirs was so good that it was noticeable to a casual pizza eater. We will certainly be back!“

“As a longtime satisfied customer of Mark’s in Fairport, I didn’t think I could be more pleased with their service, but I was wrong. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour I called because it never takes that long for a delivery. It turns out I messed up and did the online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I drove to the store and was greeted by the manager who informed me she was making me a new pizza because she didn’t want me leaving with a cold pizza. When I told her it was my fault and that wasn’t necessary she insisted I was getting a fresh, hot pizza. I was blown away!! In an age of horrible customer service, this young lady decided to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer even though the mistake was clearly my fault! I have been a customer of Mark’s for quite some time and this just proved to me why! Their slogan is “we treat you like family” and, as it turns out, this is not just a slogan but reality! Kudos to this young lady for what she did for me. It will not be forgotten and I will continue to patronize Mark’s as I always have. Thank you so much for your kindness!“

“Hey now, you're an all star, get some pizza, eat it 😋. The pizza here is bussing with a capital b for busses. They make a good pie, pizza pie that is. The pizzas usually have cheese and sauce and crust. I would recommend any pizza here that has those ingredients. The paper bag it comes in is also fun. Yesterday my 180 lb German shepherd stuck is fat face in it and ran around the house like a fancy chicken. This place makes a meannn pizza folks. Give them a visit, or else...“

Same great pizza (especially the country sweet chicken wing) and outstanding service! My family does the slice a day membership and we have gotten to know the people that work at the Fairport location. Everyone is so personable and thoughtful. It comes out pretty fast, like 10 minutes at most and the quality of the pizza is pretty good. Comes out hot and ready. Much better than Salvatore's and Little Caesars. “Great pizza but they seem to close whenever they feel like it. It’s a Friday night at 7:30 and they are already closed. They just received y updated their hours but what pizza pace closes at 7pm on a weekend. It’s so frustrating as someone that also works in the business and works 2 jobs and can never get their pizza cause they are always closed.“
