“I have weekly dinner dates with my son, we order pizza and wings and play golden tee while we wait for our food. The food is always great, the service is quick and the staff treats my kid like he's another one of the dudes.Unfortunately it only took a couple weeks for him to start beating me in golden tee!“
“Very excellent pizza. As anyone from Rochester knows, quality of Pontillo's can vary a lot by location - never been to this one before but it's obviously one of the good ones. Got 2 large pizzas and wings that everybody at the party loved. I made a mistake ordering and forgot a medium special pizza for a kid w/dairy allergy and they were super accommodating and made it on site while I waited. In fact, I think either the manager or owner brought it out to my car before I even remembered to go back in AND gave it to me gratis b/c I waited for it!?!! Everyone was very nice. Plus manager bro was handsome AF. ? Def would go back if I'm ever in Victor again soon.“
“I've only had pies delivered to me from these guys, so I can't speak to what happens at the mall. But I have had great experiences with their food. It's a solid NY-style pie and it is noticeably less expensive than Joe's Brooklyn or Pontillos. And despite my love for NY-style, grab a Sicilian-style pie from them. It is fantastic! Dough is thick and airy, but still firm enough to eat like a normal pizza. They have good sauce too, so pair that with a good crust and you get good pies. Good garlic knots too.CALL THEM and ask about specials. They have really good daily specials, but I only know about them because it's on the box the pie is delivered in. Don't see them on the site at all.“
“I always order thin crust medium cheese pizza. Sometimes I add mushrooms but I like to keep it simple. Tonight was perfectly done! 02/12/24 around 5:45pm. Delicious! Oh and I just started ordering my pizza without being cut. This makes it less oily on the bottom of your crust. Great job Marks Victor Pizza!! Friendly Team!“
“After a bit of shopping at the mall, my son and I decided to get dinner here. We looked around the mall for gluten free options as my son was recently diagnosed with celiac’s disease. Places at the mall stated they offer gluten free but were refusing service as they couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination. When we got to Picraft the woman asked if it was an allergy or preference. After stating my son has the ‘allergy’ (not sure it is the right term, but most associate it as an allergy), she had a server pull dough from a separate fridge and build his pizza with topping separate from the regular toppings. I appreciated the attention as this was our first outing navigating celiac’s disease and options out. The team there was lovely. One star off for the mess on the tables and floors in the dining room. As much as I understand they only had an hour until closing, they were steady with business and should clear the tables/sweep when available. I’m not a fan of my feet sitting in other people’s messes/crumbs and tables that haven’t been wiped down. It hurts the experience. Definitely will return here though as everything else was fantastic.“
“We ordered potato skins as an appetizer. There was a lot of potato, not enough bacon, and they weren't crisp. It was strange too, the potatoes were hot, but the cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't what I was expecting. Not bad, but not great. The wings I had were good, and the wait staff was very good.“
“Great little place, stopped in for lunch with a friend and we had an excellent time. Ruben was very good with thinly sliced lean corn beef. Ordered the Garbanzo Bean Salad which was a great alternative to fries! Wedge salad was basic but good. Wait staff was helpful and nice.“
