“I was in the area and my coworkers had always suggested I drop by this location. I live in the city so I'm not out here terribly often. Dropped in for a slice and I was very impressed. I kind of see it like a quality mix of the slightly doughy pizza that Rochester knows and likes, and a NY style slice that I'm partial to. Quality crunch without being hard. Good cheese blend, sauce to cheese ratio. All good stuff. Very pleasant. The buffalo chicken pies looked terrific so I'll probably grab one in the near future.“

“Google must be giving out "local guide" status to anyone because Anthony Viscusi is horribly misinformed and possibly blind. The dough at pontillos is NOT frozen. The staff at pontillos makes the dough fresh every morning. There is an entire room in the corner of the dining area with glass walls where employees make the dough. In fact if you come in early enough, usually just after opening, you can watch them make the dough through the glass for yourself. Please remove Anthony Viscusi from being a local guide as he is obviously a terrible critic.“

“We have been to Branca Basin a couple of times and really enjoy the food. Everything has been delicious! I would order all of the same dishes again, but look forward to trying new dishes, too.

All of our servers have also been wonderful. Each time we’ve gone, we’ve been seated in the back room. I’d prefer to be in the main dining space. I’m sure we can note that as a preference in future reservations. We’ll be back!“

“We drive 45 minutes for dinner every couple of weeks or as often as we can and it’s always worth it. There’s nothing bad on the menu. The wings are our favorite, the chicken salad is my 7 year old daughter’s go to. the subs, the cheeseburger plates, the pizza, all the condiments and sauces-just try it all. Do not forget the chocolate chip cookies either!“

Took 15 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us even though there was at least 3-4 that we saw wandering around. “The food was the closest thing to my dear old Italian grandmother's. I commented to our server how the food tasted so authentic and learned the owner/chef is from the same small town in Italy as my grandmother. You could taste it in the food! “Stopped here a few days ago and this pizzeria exceeded all expectations! Matt the store owner was very friendly, polite and quite informative with what they offered on the menu. Giuliana (sp?) showed great energy and greeted everyone that walked in with a big smile. The store was VERY clean and spacious with lots of seating. The pizza itself was D E L I S H! Fresh toppings, crust cooked to crispy perfection and an insane cheese pull. Coolest part of the entire experience however was that I could watch my pizza being made on a nearby TV! Cam's Pizzeria for sure earned a loyal customer from me.“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“
