50 Best Pizza Restaurants near Greece

“I love Carbones. Their pies and wings have never been bad. Plenty of toppings, wings a good size and cooked prfectly. This time I decided to take advantage of their sheet pizza and wings deal. I ordered over the phone, the lady was very nice and had to unfortunately tell me that deal is only honored with a physical copy... it's 2025... the owners need to do away with that. That being said... their sheet pizza is not good. At all. Their dough is super thick, bready and feels store bought. The toppings didnt reach all the way to the crusts on any side so the outside pieces had very little to no toppings. The wings, I split half mild, half garlic parm. I basically just got 50 dry, plain wings. Was very disappointed in the party size preparation and will most certainly not be ordering wings in large quantities or anything bigger than a large pie.“

“Best Chicken Fingers in Rochester“

“Placed an order for a pizza Friday. After waiting 45 minutes pasted the expected delivery I called. They mistakenly put down 11:45 pm rather than am. They apologized and said they will be there ASAP, they credited me immediately for my order. I had ordered a large … they delivered a sheet- so appreciate a business that makes an honest mistake and handles it quickly and generously! Thank you Marks’s Pizza !!! I have been will continue to be a loyal customer. My co worker’s appreciated the pizza too“

“We drive 45 minutes for dinner every couple of weeks or as often as we can and it’s always worth it. There’s nothing bad on the menu. The wings are our favorite, the chicken salad is my 7 year old daughter’s go to. the subs, the cheeseburger plates, the pizza, all the condiments and sauces-just try it all. Do not forget the chocolate chip cookies either!“

“We tried it for DoorDash dinner tonight, and it was very tasty! Great amount of toppings, and the quality of each ingredient was evident. We look forward to visiting the restaurant in the future. We aren’t able to dine out very often in the evening due to our schedule, so having it delivered was very helpful.“

“I bought some pizzas for my employees a week ago and we all agreed that they have the best pizza on the west side. Fast forward to today, my 4 year old is demanding pizza at a time where all the good pizza places are out of slices. I called and the owner offered to make a mini pizza specifically for her and also refused to let me pay him. Amazing food, amazing service, amazing people. Thank you!“

“This place is one of my favorite pizza places I just love their pizza it's bomb .com ! The owners are super cool and friendly! keep striving I wanna see you guys doing big things because you deserve it create a pizza ! 5 star pizza in my book!“

“great food, great prices“

“A classic Italian family pizza spot that is clearly doing something right.

I ordered a half cheese, half peppers and onions large pizza for a family birthday and it came out smelling exactly like the pizza my mom used to make when we were kids.

Everyone who works there clearly has decades of history between them, communicating in quick glances, jokes about family members, and sharing a warmth that you can only get in a place that is doing something well. Definitely want to try more of their specialty menu at some point and will be back for more.“

“We stopped in last night everyone was so welcoming and nice and the food was great!!! It was hot and fresh and soooo good!! 10 out of 10 for us 😋“

“truly a great pizza spot. super convenient area with lots of parking. the staff is really friendly and welcoming. the pizza is phenomenal! it’s thin crust with lots of toppings and cup and char! this is a great place to stop with the family!“

“nothing there nasty the place is nasty the food is spoiled rat infestation health department has violations food poisoning cases owner is a supposedly a Christan but a compulsive gambler“

“This was our 2nd time ordering from salty bread. It’s delicious! Tonight we had the pizza of the day, wings and boneless wings. Everything was great! The staff is amazing! Clean and friendly! Thank you!!“

“Finally got to try the fish fry’s that sell out every Friday night. 10 out of 10! Fish was light and fluffy, breading was crunchy/crisp. Generous portions. Reminded me of getting fish fry’s in the good old days with my parents.“

“Visited Strangebird today. And the atmosphere is great! Full service bar. Or tables available for larger groups. The food amazing. Our bartender Dee was epic!! Had the smoked pork sandwich with coleslaw on it. A phenomenal pairing Tried the bbq spaghetti which nearly blew me outta my seat!!! The bbq sauce was epic! @strangebird you need to shrink the size of the bbq spaghetti to a fries size and server them with the handhelds in place of French fries with that bbq sauce. Cuz heck yes! That bbq sauce on the side as a dipper 🤩🤩🤩. Great job to the staff. Bigger vehicles might wanna park on the street. If it’s busy, the parking lot is very narrow.“

“The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is very clean. One thing you absolutely have to try is the Crazy Slice of the Week! they always come up with creative combinations that are surprisingly delicious. I was amazed by how good it was. My personal favorite pizza is the Three Meat pizza! Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re craving quality pizza and great service!“

“I love the burgers here, and my dining companion raves about the pizza! Today I tried their version of Nashville chicken.

Way too much bun for the chicken, which was tasty but not special in its flavor. Nice and crunchy but bland. No kick at all. Way too many pickles - no problem, just picked a few off and ate a few separately. I usually really like their rosemary garlic fries. Today they were hard, cool and very salty. Surprising because they'd just opened.

Overall the customer service vibe was off today. Our server was excellent, however the way we were received could improve. I had planned to meet someone at 11:30 am. That's when they open, and trust me, not a minute earlier. As a matter of fact, 2 minutes late, with staff making sure to not make eye contact as they prepared. There was no seating outside the main entrance, situated within a mall. It was about to start raining, so it didn't seem wise to sit outside. Tough on those who cannot stand for long periods of time. When the staff finally unlocked the door, they just turned the bolt and walked away. I would've expected them to physically open the door and welcome the small crowd that had gathered.

It's never a good idea to assume that business will always be robust. A little friendliness goes a long way.“

“Highly recommend especially chicken tenders, calzones, and of course the beer. Slices always available. Everything made to order. Outdoor seating.“

“We did an honor flight event that sends veterans to to washing DC to see monuments made in their honor. Mozzeroni’s was so generous. They donated pizzas for our event and fed our riders. We are so grateful for their generosity. What great neighbors. The pizza is always fantastic. Thanks again They will always have our business“

“I need to make you aware of a wonderful diamond in the rough on Rochester’s west side. My wife and I visited this quaint Lower Manhattan style eatery with my brother-in-law and his wife. This unassuming place from the outside pleasantly surprises once you enter with its quaint bar area, blacked out ceiling and twin open kitchen stations. First litmus test is the quality of bread with a full complement of spices to prep your own dipping oil. Check! Special of the day, Seared Halibut on a bed of risotto, didn’t disappoint, nor did my samples of homemade Rigatoni à la Bolognese (just like Mom’s Sunday sauce) or the Chicken Milanese! Completed the meal with an ample slice of homemade Ricotta Cheesecake with Berry Compote. The owner checked in with us several times. The table service was perfect. The glass enclosed wine cellar in the middle of the dining area completed an impressive ambience and dining experience. Run don’t walk to this most pleasant gastro treat!“

“Incredible food will definitely be back“

“Incredible experience working with Carbone's on our most recent event. We scheduled an order for a 4pm pick-up, and by the time the event start at 4:30pm, the pizza was still as fresh as when we picked it up. Delicious pizza & event greater people.“

“Ordered a supreme pizza minus black olives. The sauce is on the sweeter side, thin crust and a good amount of toppings. The sausage on the pizza was really good, they said they make it. This was our second time ordering from them and will again!“

“BEST PIZZA ANYWHERE ***** !!! Dave's the best“

“Place is amazing, exceptional food and wonderful atmosphere. Would highly recommend.“

“whether it's a huge lunch slice or an entire pizza, they are my favorite by far. Family owned and operated, clean, consistent and always fresh!“

“Great food, good people keeps you coming back!“

“I'm a regular who stops by every Thursday and I've never been disappointed. The very few times I've ever had to send my order back was if they new hires who aren't familiar with how well done I like my slices

And it's always a quick in and out. I rarely have to wait if they aren't already busy. Definitely my favorite pizza place.“

“I ordered the Buffalo Bills pizza for the playoff game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. First off, they contacted me when the game was rescheduled and offered accommodations so that I could get the pizza and bake it myself as they weren’t open on Monday when the game would be played. THEN called back again to let me know they were going to open on Monday after all and scheduled a time for me to pick up my pizza. Awesome customer service and only outdone by the delicious pizza!! Fair price as well!! I would highly recommend Savastano’s , give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!! 5 ⭐️’s“

“Service was phenomenal! Everything is homemade including drinks and is so delicious!“

“We would highly recommend having your event with this venue! We booked the Beer Hall without seeing the room. It was decorated so beautifully, was set up perfect with large tables and offered ample space for socializing! The buffet was delicious and offered many options. They also provided us a gluten free dish for one of our guests! Nicole was amazing in serving our guests, making sure everything was taken care of timely and was fantastic to work with (which was all done over the phone). Thank you Rohrbach and Nicole for making our rehearsal dinner a memorable one! All of our guests were so impressed and truly enjoyed the evening!!“

“Great thin crust pizza, highly recommend! Can’t wait to try other menu items!“

“Beyond pleased with my experience at Fiorella... it's like being transported to a quaint, villa retreat in the side if a mountain in Tuscany. The Malfadine is dream come true, home run, slam dunk of a meal!!! The melding of sage and brown butter enhances the mushrooms , preas and spinach into a magical broth. I can't stop thinking about it! Service was on point!“

“We started getting pizza from Ninos when they were located on Portland Ave. We lived nearby and walked there with our 18 month old son in a wagon. We loved their pizza then and still go there often. Sad to hear that Nino has passed away. I’m hopeful that the pizzeria will stay open.“

“The “Hot Jason” was INCREDIBLE! I have been looking for a chicken and steak sub, and no where does it quite like Rhinos! The sub bread is SO fresh, crispy chicken, and excellent shaved steak. The staff is extremely nice, too! I will be back and couldn’t recommend this place more.“

“Everything was awesome. Steak sandwich, pizza, wings, drinks ….. and a cookie ta boot!“

“Late night arrival into Rochester on a Tuesday evening and I chanced upon Branca Midtown via Resy. We took a chance and I am so so glad we did. This place was divine. The host and the servers were impeccable. Sassy, funny, and attentive to a T, we were incredibly impressed and immediately relaxed with the atmosphere and the people. The ricotta appetizer was incredibly and reminded me of a favorite dish in Florence Italy, and the swordfish was perfection. Drinks were delicious, so thank you to the obviously talented bartender, as those were very much needed after our long drive. We will definitely make a point of stopping back then next time we are in town.“

“Family owned and operated... they always provide great tasting food and always trying out new things and that always taste great. I try to go at least once or twice a week.“

“I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“
