“Very cute local pub. We had fried pickles wedges. Local draft IPA for $3.50. The staff was very nice. We also had the bologna sandwich, onion rings, cheeseburger and fries. We did order pink center for the burger. It was well done. We noted the receipt stated no pink.“
“I am now 51 but once upon a time was born a product of the ‘70s that also was raised and grew up in Hilton NY long ago only to return later in life with a wife (who also was born & raised in Hilton NY) to start my own family where we have happily lived for the last 18 years…. Anyway, please forgive my ADHD and my wordiness yes, I understand it’s a pizza place review and not an obituary! Hah! Anyway, Hilton NY by no means is anything but short on Pizza places in 2023 and for the last 50 years it has always been this way! Some are ok, some are bad or not to our liking and one or two along the way can be always called Awesome as far as Pizza restaurants go! In Hilton NY that place is easily Pontillos for “the BEST pizza place for Speedy, Correct Service that also has a great “pizza joint” type menu that always tastes properly and cooked the way you the customer wants your order. I know they do deliver, but I never use that service as we are close and I love to stop into say hi to the owner and his shop of young employees that are local to Hilton which always seems like they are having fun while also doing a good job delivering a great product to their Hilton customers! “Sorry, but I never had their pizza...however their Hot Wing's are "AWESOME"! I highly recommend Carbone's for their Wing's, they are very very close second to wings you would get at the famous Anchor Bar in Buffalo. Their wing's are meaty, crispy, and I highly recommend them Hot! So, if you can't make it to Buffalo, get your wings from Carbone's you will be happy you did.“

“It's all about the meat here, home made meat sauce for them garbage plates is prime. Best west side cheese steak subs and the unique selection of sausages is amazing here. From mild & hot to Josh Allen, jalapeno, & french toast breakfast sausage it's all so good.“
