“As a longtime satisfied customer of Mark’s in Fairport, I didn’t think I could be more pleased with their service, but I was wrong. Tonight I placed an order online for delivery. After an hour I called because it never takes that long for a delivery. It turns out I messed up and did the online order for pickup, rather than delivery. I drove to the store and was greeted by the manager who informed me she was making me a new pizza because she didn’t want me leaving with a cold pizza. When I told her it was my fault and that wasn’t necessary she insisted I was getting a fresh, hot pizza. I was blown away!! In an age of horrible customer service, this young lady decided to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer even though the mistake was clearly my fault! I have been a customer of Mark’s for quite some time and this just proved to me why! Their slogan is “we treat you like family” and, as it turns out, this is not just a slogan but reality! Same great pizza (especially the country sweet chicken wing) and outstanding service! We were immediately told by the owner (Carl) that we were more than welcome and he came around the counter to greet her. We get nervous sometimes taking her places incase they don’t allow dogs (even though she is a ESA) but they were so friendly they put us immediately to ease. Overall this was some of the best food we’ve had from any Salvatore’s location. They were attentive and gave amazing service. The owner even came over with a water bowl for my dog and continued to tell us how welcomed we were while having her with us. We are very grateful for this amazing experience!!“

It had been many many moons ago that I moved out of the NY area. And I've been hankering for some authentic NY style ? ever since.
That's why when my sister, my nephew and I searched and came across Salvatore's. It was a no brainer. And we are so happy with our decision.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was very laid back and comfortable with ample seating indoors and out. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. We got a brief history of how and who opened the pizzeria. Very interesting information.
And when it came down to ordering, my sis went with Ham Calzone, my nephew went with wings and I, a couple classic pepperoni slices. And we could not have been happier with our orders. Everything was superbly presented and tasted great. The vibe was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
I highly recommend anyone needing their pizza fix to stop into Salvatore's. You won't be disappointed.“
