“It’s a subway what do you expect a 5 star restaurant, I mean for a subway it isn’t bad but it could be better they did redo the place so that’s nice I ordered form here through Grubhub and they forgot my order one time and gave me half so but when u go there i guess it’s better never really had a issue except for Grubhub they gave me my money back but I did have to go down there. Coupons are a issue some times

Vegetarian options: You can order salads and bread with out meat

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s one the first floor it does have easy wheel chair access they made it wider to walk around in“

“Very polite workers and super hard working! Randall the boss is a great guy and a great boss he always has things under control, and if he’s not there his crew holds the fort down. When I went there one of the workers “Jay” took my order and he did an amazing job super hard working and nice and he is a handsome guy!“

“The food was good and very affordable. The fries were fried to perfection and you can tell the sandwiches are really made fresh!! The atmosphere is clean and Ayesha the cashier had great customer service and patience explaining the menu items to me. Overall 5/5 dining experience and I'd eat here again.“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

“This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“My husband and I have been coming to this Subway for over 10 years, and it’s truly one of our favorite spots. The food is always fresh and the restaurant is always so clean. Nick, Gary, and the rest of the staff are just amazing. They always take the time to ask us how everything is and make us feel so welcome. Over the years, they’ve gotten to know us so well, and we’ve gotten to know them too. It feels more like catching up with friends than just grabbing a quick bite. It’s also super convenient since it’s right next to the laundromat. Sometimes I’ll pop in while doing laundry, and other times it’s simply because I’m craving their food. Either way, it’s the perfect spot and we always leave happy.“

“I was shopping in Walmart and was super hungry after so I decided to grab a bite to eat. The first thing I noticed was that it was very clean and well kept. The person taking my order was super friendly and helpful with the menu. The food was made fresh and everything I ate was delicious. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend to come here!“

“Not a bad subway. Employees were friendly but for some reason whenever I try to use my "rewards card" to earn points for money off future orders the card never works according to them. And I didn't get my points even though I tried swiping the card twice. Also pretty small place not much room for seating.

“I went there today for the 1st time. I had to try them. I'm so glad I did. I got the Tuna fish hero. OMG! It's so delicious! I definitely recommend them. Generous portions on the sandwiches! I'm very picky about my tuna fish, their's is really very good! I'm sure everything else is too.“
