However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

“First time ever coming to Crumbl thanks to my daughter. I will say the atmosphere, the smell walking in, the customer service, their knowledge OMG the way they have to dress the cookies with toppings I’m in absolute awe! I haven’t tried my cookies yet but just from the wonderful experience I was given by the young lady and her product knowledge, her personality and seeing the baker in action I will definitely be coming back for another try. It made movie night with the family great when I got the dipping box with the cannoli chips and they come with so many different options of dip and cannoli. I did notice they had Italian ices and gelato so gonna look forward to going back for the summer.“

“Great place for crazy cookie flavors, a little pricey and other than the everyday flavors the specialty flavors are more expensive. If you join their club you get a FREE cookie for your bday but only the daily flavors, specialty ones are not included and they should be, after all if it's your bday you should be able to pick what you like. Even though cookies are pricey they can be worth the try because I feel this is not a daily place but a nice treat once in a while.“

“I had such a great experience at Chip City thanks to Joshua! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the cookies and products. He took the time to explain the different flavors and gave really helpful recommendations, which made it so much easier to choose (and everything was delicious!).
You can tell he genuinely cares about customer experience he was patient, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. It really made my visit stand out. Give Joshua a raise!! I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“The two of us ordered large portions of milk mochi snowflake ice. We couldn't finish the extra large portion. We should have ordered the medium portion. We chose full sugar. The syrup and condensed milk were very sweet, but the middle was still a bit tasteless. place. The ingredients are not very sweet in comparison. There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.“

“I went there and there customer service was great such a cute spot even the bathroom was extremely cute definitely took some pictures the food was so good I made my own bubble waffle there prices were good and I’d definitely come back again if you are looking for a late night spot to get a treat you should definitely come here 10/10 recommend“
