However the staff could be a little more enthusiastic (referring to the ones that have worked there for a while, I get it can be tiring to put on a smiley face for each customer that walks in, but you are getting paid to do it and it makes their experience 10x better!). So, there are many new employees who are very welcoming and kind!“

“First time ever coming to Crumbl thanks to my daughter. I will say the atmosphere, the smell walking in, the customer service, their knowledge OMG the way they have to dress the cookies with toppings I’m in absolute awe! I haven’t tried my cookies yet but just from the wonderful experience I was given by the young lady and her product knowledge, her personality and seeing the baker in action I will definitely be coming back for another try. “We had the most amazing experience for our daughter’s first birthday! The cart was absolutely adorable and fit our party perfectly. The gelato was delicious, fresh, and such a hit with all of our guests. The setup was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and everything was so easy and seamless from start to finish. “Great place for crazy cookie flavors, a little pricey and other than the everyday flavors the specialty flavors are more expensive. If you join their club you get a FREE cookie for your bday but only the daily flavors, specialty ones are not included and they should be, after all if it's your bday you should be able to pick what you like. Even though cookies are pricey they can be worth the try because I feel this is not a daily place but a nice treat once in a while.“

“I had such a great experience at Chip City thanks to Joshua! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all the cookies and products. He took the time to explain the different flavors and gave really helpful recommendations, which made it so much easier to choose (and everything was delicious!).
You can tell he genuinely cares about customer experience he was patient, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. It really made my visit stand out. Give Joshua a raise!! I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Brown sugar milk tea was really good but not too sure how I feel about the peachberry freeze…there’s crystal jelly inside (which I wasn’t a huge fan of)
The worker was really sweet and there was a lot of seating! Not the most aesthetic but it was okay“

“I went there and there customer service was great such a cute spot even the bathroom was extremely cute definitely took some pictures the food was so good I made my own bubble waffle there prices were good and I’d definitely come back again if you are looking for a late night spot to get a treat you should definitely come here 10/10 recommend“

“When we first walked in, I took a double take, because I thought we had walked into the wrong place! Apparently, it's been a while since we've been here, because the lobby/seating area has mostly been turned into a candy/snack convenience store (called Sakura Kit?), owned and operated separate from Meet Fresh. The owner/employee was very friendly, and the product selection was really good. I found 4 High Up Jujutsu Kaisen drinks I haven't seen anywhere else yet, so I bought them! 🙂 Meet Fresh itself never disappoints!“

“I’m happy they’re open late because sometimes that late-night sweet tooth hits. 🍪🌙
My only suggestion is to make sure the cookie dough is fresh and the cookies are fully baked. The last time I came, I ended up with the runs afterward. 😭💀 Hopefully it was just a one-time thing.
I’ll definitely be back, though. Late-night desserts are hard to resist, and I’m hoping for a better experience next time!“
