First time we have eaten at LOTUS and the food was FABULOUS. We started with the Crispy Pork appetizer which overflowed on our plate as well as a delicious bowl of Wonton which contained five delicate dumplings. Our main dish was Lemongrass Lamb Chops which was incredible: subtle taste and cooked to perfection. This is a great restaurant. The food is delicious and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing. Our server, Bella, was very accommodating and friendly. Dining here is always an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this establishment.
