“I always love it at Lotus, the pot stickers and Szechuan chicken are amazing. My only issue was with the request I made for a specific server, and then how long it took to get served a cocktail. Next time I'll make sure the request was acknowledged.“
“The employees were very nice + hospitable. The food was delicious and was refilled often. I had a very great time and would come again. Im definitely coming again because every time I took a bite of the donuts and lo mein I couldn’t tell if it was Jesus I was hearing or the fire music they were playing. One hundred out of ten.“
“Great service and good food, however it's very hard to find parking on the street that is close to the restaurant it's a hit or miss. The prices are fair considering that the price on everything has gone up excessively fast since covid hit in 2019. The 2 things that i feel could make this restaurant better is 1 I would love for them to start offering delivery, and 2 if they could come up with some kind of family deal it's quite expensive to feed a family of 5 or more when the average price on a meal is around $11, so having some kind of meal deal I fell alot of people in our community that have been customers of Chinatown kitchen for 30 plus years and the new customers all would be so thankful.“

“This is the best Chinese take-out in Sullivan County, bar none. They have been in business for over 20 years in two different locations. The newer location where they currently reside is very nice, with lakefront dining available. Prices are modest and the service is great. The food is excellent. I have never had a problem. When they say 10 minutes, it's ready in less than 5. Not the best ambiance for dining in, but great for take out.“
“The staff are extremely nice. Food is great. General tso is uniquely made and dumplings appear home made. Never had that before. Egg roll was huge and delicious.Now for the negatives: soda is expired, place is a bit dirty and they had cats running around the kitchen. Lo mein was meh.“
“The pork fried rice, boneless spare ribs and chicken wings were SOOO good... but my only and main complaint was the chicken broccoli... it tasted and smelled like seafood/fish , idk if they cooked it in the same thing as seafood or added fish sauce in it... but I hate seafood and I hope their not cross contaminating their food cus there's people who are allergic and can have a reaction . Even my boyfriend said they tasted and smelled like seafood and he loves seafood but even he was dissatisfied with it . Other than that the food was yummy .“
“I’ve seen the same faces for the past 2 decades and they’ve always been so kind to me. The workers in the front always smile and the restaurant has such good vibes. I love their broccoli and shrimp dish and their egg roll; they’re both classics.The people rating this place 3 stars and below probably never even ate there... Highly recommend 10/10!!!!!“

“Excellent menu with great Asian food. Especially enjoy the more authentic side of the menu. Service was spotty last night with long wait for bar orders. My second glass of wine was delivered more than 10 minutes after ordering. Usually much better.“
