7 car line at drive-thru not moving so change mobile order to counter pickup. All doors to restaurant locked the app said counter pickup open. Unable to cancel counter pickup order as app showed it complete.. no food and reward points and cash down the drain.. when I finally drove away, the same seven cars were in line at the drive-thru, the first car at the orderings post.
There's a Wendy's in Liberty. This location is so short staff, you can see exhaustion from management trying do everything to deliver 5 star. There was for sure long wait but i can only image people called out or not wanting to work. Best of luck wendys in
