The cashier had that look in his eye like he was saving that last chicken sandwich for himself ??? i dont blame him. That chicken sandwich is wassup !!!!

Parking: The popeys is in front of a bus stop but theres parkding on the street all atound it.

“Across the street from the Apollo and busy. 20 people can sit inside. The spice does not make you sweat but it’s a hot feeling! Medium is spicy enough even with 2 packets of honey and special sauce! You can share the slider entree with crinkle fries it’s so filling. Doesn’t come with a drink. The spice is curry-esque, even if you don’t like curry you will like this!“

“The chicken pot pie, while not an actual pot pie but more of a soup, is delicious! The chicken is very tender without being mush and the flavor is fabulous. The ratatouille and garlic green beans as well as the lentil & pork belly soup were also quite enjoyable. Although the food is not heavy, it is quite filling. We can't wait to try out the rotisserie chicken lunch special and I'm sure Rotiss will be on our regular rotation.“

“We absolutely LOVE Chick-Fil-A. They have the best chicken sandwiches and fries. We have been waiting for a location around us to open and when they did, we were very happy. This was our first time going and the service was spectacular. The person that took care of us there was Kenia. She was very polite and made sure our table was clean and that we had enough to drink. When you place the order through the app, you can scan the QR code on the table so the staff knows where to bring the food. And if you’re missing anything, you can ask someone for assistance, which we didn’t even have to do because Kenia was so attentive. Great service!

Be assertive as soon as you walk in is my best advice. I greeted everyone when I walked in because they were all looking at me and everyone just continued to stare. Interaction was akward but drinks were good.“

The chicken drumstick was juicy and fresh, and my usual mix over rice with hot and white sauce (plus extra meat) hit all the right notes. “Went for Halal and Those small wings. Food was good. Wings we received were not what we wanted. Ordered 21 wings but they weren't the spicy ones we drove 30 minutes to get. The Halal was good as well. Only thing was we couldn't get a combo of meats (chicken and lamb). Also we didnt get white sauce as expected. Next time we know to request hot sauce and white sauce. As for the inside very small space. Probably 8 to 10 people at time in there. Surely couldn't dine in if you wanted to.“

“The location is intended for takeout. Today, I had a large or of wings wiyh bone delivered by 10:30am for students. The students said it was so fresh they thought it was homemade. The delivery was seamless and all the trays were hot to the touch on arrival. Perfection, I will be using this location again.“

“The fried chicken tastes delicious and you actually get meat with your order. Not just fried bones with little to no meat like some places around there. You can taste the seasoning on the chicken and even the fries (I assume they cook it all in the same oil). It’s a staple in the neighborhood. The grilled chicken was fine. It might have been slightly over-roasted, and wasn't exploding with Maillard flavor the way a great fire-roasted chicken is. The Chicken was Well Done with the Perfect amount of Breading, Well Seasoned, and Fries Cooked to My Liking. The Pita Bread was also Fresh and Delicious. The Chocolate Chip Muffin I Had was Soft and Tasty. However, the Blueberry Crunch Muffin I had was a bit dry and a bit stale.

The Price point for the food was reasonable and I really Enjoyed the Food and the Chocolate Chip Muffin. “Came across this spot as I was looking for a place with a variety of options. The store is very well kept and clean! Workers were very friendly and efficient. I ended up ordering the cheeseburger and sweet chili flavored wings. The food was amazing! The burger was perfectly grilled and the brioche bread was soft and toasty. Definitely try it with the munch (orange) sauce! The wings were even better! I like the wings crispy but if you don’t just ask to make it the way you like. The best part of it all is they close 2 AM. I’ll def be coming back for some late night munchies!
