The food was regular diner food that he elevated. Huge portions and decent price. He retired or left and people who worked for him took over. I rarely go now. Food is decent but prices went up and portions are smaller. The servers are good and personable. Place seems to always be busy since there are several schools and offices in the area. Still decent but you don't get as much value for your money and no charm and personality from George.“

I love the french toast, the Cheeseburger with Crispy onion rings and they steak sandwich wich sautéed onions is bomb. They also serve great mangu for all my latinos that like it. They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. “Fast Service and seating even when the parking lot is full..(the sit and wait method will grab you a space fastest) the staff is always friendly. The Crab Cake Benedict is one of the best we've ever had and it's a hard dish to get right to the point it's the only place we have it now...the Crab is real Crab and a plentiful portion, the Apple French Toast is another favorite. We've eaten here many times and was always pleased with the portions and quality..They have good deserts too and also serve liquor (drinks). The Restaurant is Newer / Modern and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely a place you'd enjoy eating at!“
