The Chocolate Chip Walnut was the ultimate balance of everything you look for in a comfort treat while the Funfetti flavor caught me by surprise and is now considered the best sugar cookie I ever had in my life. There is two other flavors in the box I have yet to try and I have a feeling they won't disappoint, but after having those two said flavors, it is without a doubt that I will definitely be coming back for more sometime soon in the near future. “This is our favorite cookie shop in the Upper West Side and it’s not even close. We live right around the corner and come here several times a week for warm, freshly made cookies with a crispy outside and warm and perfect inside. The employees must have been selected from the kindest people in NYC and Nadirah in particular is a ray of sunshine whenever we see her. The sweetness of the cookies is just right, not too much and not too little.

This place is better in my opinion than Levain, which is too sweet and over the top, and waaaaay better than the horrible Crumbl, that has no flavor and is just a pound of pure sugar and shortening.

Give Chip City a try! We slept on it for a couple of years and then walked in one night on a whim and we have been hooked ever since. Also if you come here often the counter staff will know you and the loyalty program is pretty generous.“

“Great place for crazy cookie flavors, a little pricey and other than the everyday flavors the specialty flavors are more expensive. If you join their club you get a FREE cookie for your bday but only the daily flavors, specialty ones are not included and they should be, after all if it's your bday you should be able to pick what you like. Even though cookies are pricey they can be worth the try because I feel this is not a daily place but a nice treat once in a while.“

“Held 2 birthday parties at home with Smallcakes. Each party was a hit. Tina, Lexi & Regina arrived on time with everyhing-- even folding tables, chairs + balloons. The kids colored their own frosting, used a piping bag and decorated with tons of toppings.
When the 6 year olds needed a break, their team cleaned up and turned everything over for lunch, they even included a custom birthday cake. Such a fun party, the adults enjoyed spending time with their kids while Smallcakes did all the work. 10/10!“

Great Japanese dessert store inside Mitsuwa. Love the red bean Taiyaki. It has abundant filling and outside is crispy.

The staff is quick and nice. She already made some for the day so literally no wait. If not, prob take 5-10min to make a batch. It smells really good. There are seats and tables around from the food court if needed.“
