“This is one of many places to eat in LGA and it’s pretty darn good… at least for Italian style breakfast food it is. After placing my order I was watching the lady make other people’s food and the French toast looked beautiful! Lots of people were ordering pizza for breakfast and that looked pretty good too. I tried their breakfast stromboli, spinach and egg and cheese… the dough was beautiful looking and so was the entire thing in the display case. She heated up several minutes before giving it to me. I also got a side of sauce to dip it in.

When I sat down to eat it, it smelled and looked great. The flavors were fresh and spot on, especially the freshness of the spinach! Definitely would return in the future!“

“The food was generally salty. The first time I went, I ordered the eel rice bowl, but it was so salty that I thought I'd ruined my appetite after enjoying the other appetizers. The staff checked with me and said it was just salty that day. I got free ice cream instead. So today, I went for the hand rolls for the second time, and even the appetizers were a little salty. The hand rolls were delicious. The other dishes were fine, but they were a little salty. It wasn't just me; everyone I went with said the same thing.“

From the time we arrived at the restaurant to the cappuccinos we ordered to complete the lunch, it was a delectable experience. “I really like Lucas Sin, so I was expecting this place to be a little more. My expectations aside, the staff was overworked even after 8:30pm, but they were still courteous. I would say this place would still rank much better than Panda Express (there's one down the street), given that this is kind of like a make-your-own type of place (think Sweetgreen, DIGG, etc.) but with a proper Chinese flair (again, contrast with Panda Express).

I would say that the seating area was a little not well-maintained, but you are served with a bowl used for a take-out anyway, so just take it to a place you feel more comfortable eating.

Beer is in a nice cold cup if you prefer it like that. it’s intimate, not too crowded at all. We love it and brought our friends the second time+ it was a birthday; as expected they didn’t disappoint. Most the plates were empty if not almost from being full - bread with pesto and burrata so tasty, the penne pasta. You won’t regret it at least we didn’t think so. Good local find“

“I have been coming to this place for a long time (4 years to be exact!). The breakfast menu is my favorite, but I also recommend the lunch and dinner platters that are delicious too! Giselle is the best cook and the delivery guy is a charm. I've never had any bad experiences with my visits here or when I order for delivery. This place is always clean, too.Sometimes they DO get overwhelmed with a lot of customers (because their food is so good!) and you may wait a little longer than usual; but they still work very hard, diligently and follow the CDC health guidelines.
