“I need to start by saying, I can not possibly express how thrilled and pleased we were with our decision to have our reception at S&S Brewery. We didn't pay anything for decorations, because the ambiance was everything we wanted. The quiet, peaceful, naturally beautiful atmosphere does all of the work FOR FREE. Very spacious, tons of seating, all rustic feel. Don't be shy to show up for an in-person view; you will not be disappointed! The price of the venue is very reasonable and affordable. The venue does not have a kitchen, but food trucks are no strangers to the brewery. And quite possibly my favorite part: the staff. It is VERY clear this is a family run establishment, blood related or not, everyone is family. My husband and I even made a comment that WE felt like their family! Everything turned out better than expected, and we know that is majorly due to S&S Brewery. If you're reading this review, we would absolutely recommend S&S Farm Brewery for your venue needs. “This is a fantastic local brew pub run by two great guys, bothers. They are extremely knowledgeable, and that shines through in the quality of their beers. And they brew a variety to please every palette. While they make several German style beers, made with malt imported from Germany, they also make several Belgian style beers, British ales and American IPAs. I personally love their stout, porter, Scotch ale, pale ale, and kolsch.If you'd like to eat while you enjoy your beer, you can bring food in from any number of very nearby establishment's: a Mexican restaurant across the street, a pizza place a few doors down and highly recommended diner just down the street.If you are looking for a high quality, craft quality beer in a comfortable and friendly setting, then go here. “Anthony Bourdain said to have a beer in an empty pub, and that's what I did here.Doubles as a homebrew store.What I loved about this place is that the styles are either old school - think English IPA or oatmeal stout - or straight up historical. Definitely a change of pace. I enjoyed all the beers I tried.Owner was super knowledgeable and friendly.Prices were good, and I'm glad they were open on a Monday, which isn't the case for even the bigger brewpubs in town.Old school, DIY place that I'm glad to have visited.“
