The bao buns were the best I ever had, wings were crispy and delicious, and the sushi was to die for. You can tell they make everything here with love and use the highest quality ingredients. The menu is creative and I can’t wait to come back and try more of it. Lastly, the service was so friendly. The people here are down to earth and were so pleased to know we enjoyed the food. We sat down to eat and within less than an hour, so many customers and groups came in and out of the restaurant to pick up orders and were greeted with smiles and hugs. “This Japanese restaurant had a nice ambiance and a wide selection of different dishes in addition to traditional sushi rolls. We ordered the rock shrimp tempura, the Crazy Horse roll, the Dynamite roll, and the tempura udon noodle soup. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. Service was very friendly and relatively fast. Pricing was also very reasonable, good value.“

My notes are that the sushi is the best thing to order here and it gets VERY busy during lunch special rush hours so order ahead on their direct website (although slightly more inconvenient than the ordering apps). “genuinely some of the best sushi i’ve had and i’ve been to nobu. they give you a hot towel upon arrival, a complementary kani style salad & sliced orange at the end! that alone impressed me but the sushi is soo delicious and fresh. I tried the “tortilla” for an app which was something i’d never seen on a sushi menu before but it was delish! the spicy tuna roll had such good flavor- a classic. “My husband and I have been eating here pretty much once a week for almost 20 years. We usually get take out and create our own in home date night. By far the freshest and most delicious sushi we’ve ever had. Period. They keep the menu very clean, as opposed to other places we’ve tried where everything is caked in sauce and all just taste the same. You will not be disappointed.
Favorites: Alan roll, Peter roll (as for extra sauce on the side), Cooper roll (not on the menu but was on their old menu. You can still ask for it) and the deep impact.“

“First time here. The waiter suggested an alternative meal and then made a substitution for my Bento Box. For its size, there is pleanty of seating including stools at the sushi bar. There is parking next door where they share space with a small mall.“

“Very delicious Teriyaki. We used to go to a place in Massapequa but moved out here and was very reluctant to try something new. We couldn’t be happier. There are at least three places in the food court that have chicken teriyaki but this one has them beat hands down. The line is always long because clearly they’re the beat but no worries it moves very quickly and the food isn’t a long wait either. I get double chicken teriyaki with noodles vegetables extra sauce and hot sauce. Yum!“

“We have had a couple of our regular haunts for sushi, and had a menu from the mail from Mizu, so we ordered to-go. The selection was better than many of the surrounding sushi joints in nearby towns, and it the rolls were better overall. Prices were a bit less, but it also helps that they give a 10% discount for online ordering. And, online they also gave a free appetizer if you were over $50. The garlic roll was interesting, and unique, and the menu has a decent number of non-tempura (fried) cooked rolls which is a nice change also. Inside the restaurant there was only a couple of tables, so they probably do most business to-go.“

“The food was good. The fried rice was my least favorite. I loved chicken with broccoli. The place is take out but has eat in potential. They have lots of restaurant supplies in big cardboard boxes in eating area, which may steer most from sitting in to eat. Maybe if they have a partition between dusty boxes with supplies and the tables laid out close to them. Back to food, eggdrop soup was good. “I just recently went there this last 01/30/23 to celebrate my husband and I’s birthday. We have went a bunch of time. The food is so good. I always get the chicken and filet mignon with rice rice and the scorpion bowl. It is always amazing. The pricing is fair considering and the did you get and the high quality of the food. I def recommend this place to anyone who wants a great Hibachi experience.“

“I have been to this restaurant more time than I could count. The past year or so of experiences I would say the food quality was ok and the service always made me feel rushed.

Last night we went there for my daughters birthday and had the best experience for as long as I could remember. The service at the table was excellent. The waitress was attentive and we didn’t have to search for her for drink refills. I did feel a tad rushed when asking for food order as soon as drink order but it was ok since the kids had a long day and wanted to eat.

The highlight of our night was the chef. He was outgoing, kept everyone engaged and made everyone laugh. The food was the best we have had in the longest. The food was cooked perfectly, the meat was cut to the perfect sizes and the flavor was incredible. When we left, my wife and I both said that we had the best time and food we have ever had. My only complaint is that they no longer give you soup and salad, you have to pick between one or the other. It was nice to get both with your meal, especially for how much the food costs. Enjoy.“
