“I visit this Subway regularly. I have never had any issues with service or food quality. Friendly staff clean restaurant and good amount of seating. I've noticed over the years that it may have changed ownership a couple of times but still no issues and was a seamless transition. I would recommend this location to others as one of the better stores as I have been to a few which do not stack up as well. It is a convenient location in a strip mall with plenty of other shopping nearby.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables here. More than one person could want. The combinations are endless limited only by your imagination.

Parking: Parking is reasonable. Being tucked in a strip mall makes parking abundant. Handicap accessible parking is available too.“

“So today I went to this Jersey Mikes in Pt Jef to get sandwiches for our flight back to Florida. I had accumulated shore points and decided to use some today except that when check out time came they’re system wasn’t able to use the points because apparently I had a security code ( that I never knew I had) and without me entering the code it wasn’t happening. So after a few attempts Laura the owner/mgr told me they would be on the house ! I offered to pay but she insisted on comping me. I left my phone number so if they figured out the problem I would come back and they could take my points. A little later Danny called me and told me how to fix it on the app and it worked. It removed whatever code there was. I just want to thank
Laura and Danny for going above and beyond to make me happy and I also want to thank Tori and Sam for making 2 great sandwiches!! Turned out to be a great experience !“

“I've been trying to keep to strict social distancing due to my son's grandparents that he has interaction with due to his father being an "essential" worker. I am healthy and at minimal risk but my worry for others has kept me home for most of this. But, my poor son had a serious case of cabin fever and has been begging for Jersey Mike's so we ventured out. Thankfully your online ordering is painless and I was able to pay online which limited the contact ✔. When I got there, I left my teenage son in the car to limit his contact and I didn't think I'd need help running in and out, as the order was already ready. 👍I was greeted by the same friendly faces in this particular building (I'll drive extra to go to this shop because friendliness and courtesy are a very big deal to me). 😃 I had ordered drinks and on instinct I reached in the bag to grab them..with the gloves I had worn to go inside. I stood there for a half second in slight panic when I heard the gentleman behind the counter. He offered to replace the cups because he had seen my reaction. He insisted even though I tried to deny the offer because it was my own silly fault. I got my son's favorite root beer (one of the other reasons my son loves Jersey Mike's lol) and practically sped all the way home. While this all seems trivial on a normal day...the kindness and awareness that gentleman showed helped me through my anxiety through the situation. Normal is no longer "normal" and his job is stressful I'm sure...But he still paid attention to his guests, he quickly addressed an issue before I could even register it was one fully, and he made my day. I couldn't give him a hug, and nobody wants to see a random lady crying in the middle of a sandwich shop...but I wanted to make sure the store got the recognition it deserved. Thank you for making my stress a little less stressful and for being a place I can trust in the midst of this insanity.“

“This was my first time ordering from Joe's. Im sorry i didn't order sooner! i ordered the All American Hero with a side of Onion Rings. Holy cow, the size of this hero was massive! I could only handle half of it. It was delicious! I went for this place because it allowed special requests and I didn't want cheese but wanted extra mayo. They fulfilled my request accurately. It was dinner time when I ordered and yet still arrived timely and hot, and Im not that close as I live in Centereach. I devoured all the onion rings, they were too good to leave behind. definitely recommend and definitely will order again!“

“Visited the Bohemia location for the first time. I pulled up and panicked that they were closed. Relieved to find that it was open and was greeted by an amazing associate that I came to title “Mr Jersey Mike “ as he was a rockstar! He looked like a very young Michael J Fox ! As I said it was my first time and I was accompanied by 2 disabled gentleman that I was treating for dinner. It was Saturday early evening June 1st and I’m hoping you can check your payroll records and give recognition to this incredible helpful knowledgeable and polite dude ! He knew his stuff and made recommendations that were fabulous! The staff working with him were a great team and I left a good tip. Please acknowledge these young men. Their work ethic and professionalism with disabled adults is really worthy of notating! The world hasn’t really had a great work ethic since Covid and these dudes are changing that ! We were looking for something to take out and bring on a boat and Jersey Mike's subs definitely hit the spot! I was surprised to read some negative reviews because the workers there that day were extremely friendly & helpful. We got the #9 giant hero and a bag of chips (no onions/pickles), all the toppings including hot peppers ? and we had it on the rosemary parm bread . The sub was fresh and was delicious, much better than we expected. The perfect takeout food for beach, picnic or boat. This fed two adults for both lunch and dinner. For about $20. “This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. Their positive energy is toxic, Their knowledge is phenomenal, their customer service is unmatched and it's always a pleasure to walk in and walk out happy.
