I went in expecting a very limited menu, it actually took me some time to decide due to the variety of options. I was very impressed both cold and hot sandwich options. “Decided to stop in to see what it was all about. Ordered from three different restaurants and everything came out pretty good. Everything was tasty and I think we'd go again. Atmosphere was plain Jane, a few places to sit and wait (or) eat - we ate there. Nobody really there to give service points to. I'd definitely do it again. Pricing is a little high depending on what you're getting, but I believe if you order from the App there are discounts and deals.“

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to in this case. Pantano’s of Plainview catered my baby shower this past weekend. The food was amazing!! Three days later and I'm still getting texts complimenting the food. Gian Luca and his staff made everything so so easy, from the amount of food I would need to what to actually order to the sides and extra sauces; everything was perfect. With such a busy day, that was one thing I didn't have to worry and stress about. I highly recommend!“

Personal experience I wanted my cookies to be warmed up because I love the nice warm feeling in my mouth and the worker got up with a smile on his face cracking jokes and did it just for me. “I haven’t had a sandwich in a very long time since becoming gluten-free. But I was excited to hear that Jersey Mike’s has gluten-free bread. The man who greeted me was extremely warm, kind and knowledgeable and asked me if I needed help with the menu. He cleaned the surfaces, changed his gloves and used new utensils. I could tell he was educated on the proper procedure for gluten-free sandwiches and that made me so relieved! The restaurant itself was very clean as well. 10/10 experience I will come back.“

“I went there April 27th with my BF. He ordered the sandwich and I wasn't paying attention, we left and in the car he said he had issue with how it was made and wanted to throw it away. I said no, that sandwich was expensive, just bring me back and I will explain the issue and hopefully they will remake it for free. I talked to the manager Tanya, and explained and she remade it and remembered my order. I think I came back 15 minutes later, the manager seemed tired but was nice, quick and efficient. She deserves a raise.“
