“Sloppy Joe’s has become a go-to for eating out while shopping the New Hartford area. My mother and I have eaten here several times within the last couple of months and the food is always fantastic! I highly recommend the crispy chicken sub! It’s hot, the chicken is crispy, and the roll (which they make!!) is perfection! The owner is so nice and very friendly too! Definitely will be returning!! 👍🏻“

“As far as pizza hut goes, this was great. Made an online order for carryout, and our food was ready and hot at the appropriate time. Service was great and it was easy to pick up. Though we didnt eat inside, it seemed like a classic Pizza Hut environment. Food was exactly as expected from a pizza hut. Definetly recomend this for your next pizza night!“

“My mother has been talking about the tomato pie from O’Scugnizzo’s for at least the last 30 years. My grandfather owned a children’s shoe shop and lived in new Hartford. This was one of the very few highlights in her early culinary experiences.
And it delivered. Super nice people behind the counter as well. It’s just off the Thruway. Easy to get to plenty of parking do yourself a favor and skip the awful throughway food.“

“If you are looking for a great place to have a gathering or your next party, Lukins Brick Oven Pizza did a wonderful job catering and hosting my son's graduation party yesterday. Every one of our guests kept raving about how good the pizza and wings were. The staff was so accommodating that were working. The owner Tom went above and beyond to provide the best experience possible as we had to move inside due to weather. There were also several gluten allergies that were accommodated with pasta that was said to be very good and all our wings and salad were also made gluten free. The back patio/bar area is beautiful and a great private area for a gathering also. Thank you Tom and staff for a wonderful day. Coming from Florida to have a party was a lot and it went very smoothly.“

I do think more wait staff could be added during the peak of dining hours. We waited a bit longer than normal to be served. No complaints at all about our server. Just think she had too many tables and not enough staff working to share the tables. This was our second time here. We'll definitely be back.“

“We rolled into swifty’s on a Sunday for lunch, 30 minutes after they opened with a 16 year old hockey team and parents who were killing time between hockey games at the nexus center and wanted a place to watch the bills game for a bit. I am sure they were overwhelmed by 45 people who walked in at one time. Let me just say… they were amazing. Everyone got their drinks and then everyone placed a food order. The bar tender.. Amanda? Was the best! The food rolled out of that kitchen like it was normal. And to top it off.. everyone’s lunch was awesome. Huge burgers, great pizza, one huge fan of the chicken parm, loaded fry’s had multiple fans and the other wraps and sandwiches all had great reviews. Nobody was dissapointed. “Not gonna lie, I honestly thought this place shut down several years ago. It's open now and just the same as I remember it from before COVID.

It used to be a Browns Backers bar on Sundays, but I'm not sure that's the case anymore. Either way, it's nice to have it back!“

So much Italian and American dishes and cuisines to choose from, you'll be coming back again and again. They even have a taproom and live music on certain days. “Delish lunch spot in Clinton, NY. Vast menu with many great options but we LOVED our Lamb Gyro and Chopped Cheese Sandwiches--best we ever had. There is some indoor seating offered inside however we opted for outdoor seating offered throughout Clinton. A must try!“

Subs, pizza and pasta were all great, and the staff was excellent, especially the front of the house. Inside was small, but clean. Im not talking just good, im talking AMAZING. We dont have anything like this where we live. The sauce was light in color & SO FRESH. The crust was golden & bubbly with absolutely no flop, and the cheese was fresh & so dang good. We had some minor issues with the combo pricing, but Joe fixed everything & made it right. He is an up front owner who takes pride in his menu & customer support. It really won us over. Not only is the pizza cooked to perfection, but the foundation of his business is built on something wonderful. Our daughter is currently a National championship college soccer player, and we are SO looking forward to hopefully coming back next year. Slice will be our first stop. Thanks again, Joe & family!!!“
