The bagels are very good to excellent (I am a very critical bagel critic). We went for the first time for breakfast which was so impressive we actually went back for lunch! Amazing breakfast sandwiches and omelettes and the lunch selection is vast and again the probs are very large. Staff is super nice. Only have 4 stars for the atmosphere as it is only about 5 booths and you need to ask for utensils and additional napkins as there is no condiment stand for this. Yes I am being very very picky“
“I took a party of 20 to the restaurant. Juan the manager was very accommodating and kind. Our servers were gracious and patient considering the size of our party. IHOP isn’t a restaurant I would typically go to but the management made it a most pleasant experience.“

“This place is underrated here on City Island where the only options you have for breakfast are Dunkin Donuts and the crowded diner. Where are you gonna get a bacon egg and cheese on a roll with coffee and including a tip for 5 bucks? Nowhere. Just here. :)They have daily authentic Mexican specials ( it is Mexican owned) And MOFUNGO! It a big menu and includes pernil which usually sells out shortly after it is finished cooking. Leni always takes care of us, very sweet, friendly and very professional. Lisa is so very pleasant, always keeping the place nice and clean, and Carolina is very sweet, big smile and very attentive..Always great service..All the girls working at this restaurant are hardworking women, all very nice and all with great big smiles..I wrote a letter to the owner some time back about service and food but the letter was never ackowledged nor was the staff..It is very important to give this great team , support, encouragement and praise..Because it truly is a wonderful group of hard working men and women..The place is clean , the food is great...and this team holds down the fort...Great job..so very glad to have you near us.“

“It’s lovely that there’s a cafe in this building because it’s really convenient for people who are visiting and also the folks who work here, I imagine. The service is a bit slow, especially during breakfast. I think they just have a lot of orders that are called in because many people just come to pick up. The staff are always really lovely and polite. I love that they have a seating area that isn’t usually crowded.“
