I've tried almost everything on their lunch special and they're all pretty decent. It's divey so you know exactly what you're getting but not in a bad way. The lunch deal is great: about $9 for a meal over rice (or noodle dish) with either soda, soup, or egg roll. None of the food has a ton of actual substance (the wonton soup has two wontons, the meat dishes have much more rice than meat, etc.). Like that brown rice is not an added charge.
