“I attended a surprise party this Saturday evening. The cuisine was preselected, waiter service was excellent, should receive raises. The table arrangement was very poor. The party was downstairs in one of the private rooms. We were 25 people at one very long table, basically the length of the room, which made it difficult for guests to get around the seated persons at the head of the table on either side. Having two tables would have been a better arrangement, but one long table was not conducive for conversation since we were so far from the other end of the table. The food; not many complaints, I really didn’t have a problem. I didn’t have a lot of food, but it was delicious. The dessert, sorry not very good. Those Famous Crepes(palacinkes) sorry not that great. A lot of crepe and not a lot of filling. The dish was served with fruit, unfortunately this fruit was not in season, so the watermelon although it added color to the dish, upon tasting it, left much to be desired. Why not serve fruit that is in season? No offense to my party hosts who selected my menu for the evening, it didn’t lend itself to the 5 Star Reputation of Dubrovnik’s. I would like to make reservations and splurge on a dinner on my own, I have a feeling I would LOVE the experience! Btw, another plus was the parking!”

Authentic, delicious quality food, friendly service and festive, yet intimate atmosphere.
The restaurant is clean, welcoming, Victor was friendly, helpful and entertaining. I ordered the special, Surf & Turf with diablo sauce as a main dish. Very flavorful. Freshly made guacamole was very good with chunky avocado and lime taste.
We enjoyed dining here.

“Great food. Decent price. Very nice and helpful staff. Made me feel at home when I went in to order food for my daughter's birthday meal. Two of us had Birria tacos and one of us had a veggie burrito. We all enjoyed our food.

Vegetarian options: My daughter had the veggie burrito. She is a picky eater but she loved it.

Parking: Found a couple of empty spots on the street. It was around 5 pm during the week.”

“Fast Service and seating even when the parking lot is full..(the sit and wait method will grab you a space fastest) the staff is always friendly. The Crab Cake Benedict is one of the best we've ever had and it's a hard dish to get right to the point it's the only place we have it now...the Crab is real Crab and a plentiful portion, the Apple French Toast is another favorite. We've eaten here many times and was always pleased with the portions and quality..They have good deserts too and also serve liquor (drinks). The Restaurant is Newer / Modern and the bathrooms are always clean. Definitely a place you'd enjoy eating at!”

“I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

Also the presentation is outstanding, and don’t forget to try their amazing Thai ice Tea which is homemade. 100% recommended. 🫶🏻

“I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.”

I went with the Venezuelan Breakfast, and wow, it was incredible. The shredded beef was perfectly seasoned, the caraotas (black beans) were flavorful, and the arepa was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The scrambled eggs and sweet maduros rounded everything out and made the meal so satisfying. Now I can’t wait to explore more of their menu. Highly recommend!”

However the food was outstanding, and I am VERY picky. My friend and I split a ginormous Greek salad (the stuffed grape leaves were unbelievable), and we each ordered a gyro. Mine was chicken and so good! We also ordered the side of fries, and for $4 we received a large basket of fresh, hand cut, perfectly cooked fries. I don't live anywhere New Rochelle but I'm hoping to make it back there!”

From the welcoming hosts at the front desk, to our AMAZING server Amani, and the manager Arod coming to greet us and ensure our experience was good, we felt so welcomed and taken care of.
