“Chapala Grill is in New Windsor out toward Vails Gate and it’s such a staple when we’re craving Mexican food. This restaurant isn’t your fast food type of Mexican. The details in the colorful carvings on the chairs and tables always make me so happy.
The staff and service are so helpful, attentive, professional.
The drinks, especially margaritas and sangria are delicious.

“Well Worth the drive for us !! Food is fantastic. From the complementary garlic knots, as well as perfectly cooked pizza, —so much flavor —pasta, eggplant, shrimp. Even took out dessert. Already looking forward to going back !!!.“
