“Absolutely excellent dinner location for Thanksgiving. Authentic Revolutionary War Era Inn setting with phenomenal dinner menu for Thanksgiving. 4 of us came here for Thanksgiving- my wife, me and her parents, we all got something different and this place did not disappoint on anything. The chateubriand filet mignon and New Zealand rack of lamb were on point in every way. The side vegetables- the sweet potatoes, the stuffing, the arugula, the green beans, and the carrots were all perfectly cooked to an optimome composition and coloring. The popovers were a nice throwback a little dry but the strawberry butter more than made up for them. The dessert the Belgian chocolate mousse was impeccable. The overall ambiance and atmosphere of this place was very Yankee in a great way, it reminded me of Olde New England Inns and Taverns. Pricing wise it was not the most economical menu but doing Thanksgiving at home with guests wouldn’t have been cheaper. I definitely recommend anyone slightly interested in a place like this come here as they will fully enjoy. We did not reside here but if their hotel accommodations are on par with their dining accommodations, you will get what you pay for and then some.“

“This place was awesome for lunch! We got there shortly after opening and got a prime table on the patio against the windows. The view is spectacular. Our server, Derlin, was excellent and explained the ordering process. We got a handful of tacos and the plantains. The plantains were outstanding and so was the cilantro aioli they came with. The best tacos were the korean bbq short rib, hv pork belly (more or a spare rib), general tso's, shrimp po boy special and portobello. The chicken, chorizo and filet mignon were just ok, I'd skip those next time. Can't wait to come back when we are back in the area!“

“We chose this restaurant hastily to find a dinner spot after visiting Storm King. My friend is vegetarian and gluten free, so her restaurant options are limited. I eat basically everything. This restaurant was the perfect choice! The decor is nice, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and I tried several dishes that were all delicious! They have a large variety of dishes that can be served vegetarian and with varying spice levels, and there are a lot of gluten free options as well.“

“Great burger, great appetizers and a slew of fantastic drinks. There seem to be more staff and folks tending the bar that I seem to remember over the last couple of years but there's nothing wrong with that. For the locals the wherehouse is definitely a comfortable place to go, a great place to hang out on the weekends especially in the summer. Tons of parking around the area and lots of other little things to go and see as well on Liberty street. But with the live music and the good food you can spend a couple hours here without a problem.“

“Had my nieces Bat mitzvah here. The food was outrageous, the service was fantastic. Only negative, they kept clearing the plates away so fast. Some people lost their plates as they were eating. My niece got her plate taken away and never even got to eat. There was so much left over food and I don't know what happened to it all. I hope it went to a good place.“

“I happened upon this bakery during a quick trip to Beacon and had no idea it was an entirely gluten free (plus dairy free/vegan) in many other respects. I am not gluten free, but my sister has a severe gluten allergy (not celiac) so I have been very involved in recreating recipes for her and tasting and trying many things over many years.I ordered a mushroom & ricotta tart, and couldn’t resist the chocolate cupcake with strawberrry/raspberry frosting. As I ate the tart, I could not believe it was gluten free. I was dumbfounded. The pastry was flaky with so many layers and DELICIOUS. How COULD this be gluten-free?!I personally am not a fan of most cupcakes - they tend to be dry, overly sweet with godawful American buttercream, and heavy. Not only was this the best gluten free cupcake I’ve ever had, it was THE BEST CUPCAKE I’VE EATEN IN MY LIFE! And I’ve eaten a lot of cupcakes in my life. Truly. “We celebrated my brother in law’s birthday here and had to move our reservation by a half hour to 19:30, so glad we did because the place was packed, the wait time may have been longer, they were very busy. We waited for our table at the bar and noticed they had Blanton’s and Bulleit, two of our favorite bourbons :) The rough-hewn ceiling decor reminded me of the old days… with all types of antique kitchen cookware hanging from it, which lends to an old world charm. Our waitress verbally gave us a vast specials list, Vincent was a bit hesitant (due to past experiences elsewhere) to order the filet mignon because they are not a steakhouse, but our waitress replied they have a butcher in-house ( as well as a pastry chef) that cuts and preps all the meats and she highly recommends it, with that, he decided to give it a try and selected it with a peppercorn sauce.It was a toss up between Venison with mushrooms in a Marsala sauce or Elk with a green peppercorn sauce between Chris and I, lol. Chris ordered the Elk, which turned out to be the best selection, mine (the venison) not so much. I thought the Mushrooms were a bit too dehydrated and the meat had a liver taste and consistency, I took it home. The mashed potatoes had a hint of truffle, but were a little loose. The broccoli was tasty, fresh and crunchy. We celebrated Chris’s Birthday with a tiramisu, our server came out singing Happy birthday, which was really nice. The complimentary bread with sautéed eggplant and herbs was a nice touch as well :)You don’t feel rushed, even though there’s other patrons waiting to be seated.The prices were great for the quality of food. We were treated very well by the staff and they continued to serve us through the night without having to be flagged down. My favorite dish is Bulgogi with "the works", which is somewhat similar to a fajita except you wrap the beef in lettuce with red pepper paste and some rice and spice and also receive some sides such as broccoli, oshinko, a Japanese radish, pickled cucumber, and Kim Chee, which is spicy cabbage. My mouth is watering as I'm describing this dish! It is fantastic!“

“I ordered chicken with mixed vegetables, I was told that came with white rice okay for pint-size I ordered an extra pint size but I was also told that they were filled to the top so I had to use both pints to eat half of the chicken with mixed vegetables and so I'm going to go to another Chinese restaurant locally just to get some white rice for the second half of my meal. There was at least an eighth of an inch if not more to the top of the box it was very light. Food was delicious and I plan on going back but next time I'll make sure they pack my rice before I leave. Thank you for my first experience I'll be back just make sure I get enough rice next time if you don't I will.“

“I've lived in the area for 23 years. Pizza places have come and gone in that time without leaving an impression. Pizza and Stuff is honestly the best tasting pizza I've had in a while. I am outside their normal delivery range (have to order thru Doordash if I want delivery) but I will 1000% order from them once a week and pick it up on the way home. Their pizza tastes great and their staff are always friendly and welcoming. The storefront might be a bit small, but it's homey and comfortable. You can never go wrong ordering from these guys. I never imagined I would find it in this hidden gem on the Hudson. This burger comes out stacked high with perfectly paired toppings standing a mere 6in in height and sprawling across the plate. Thank you, you beautiful Irish pub, for ruining every other burger for me for the rest of my life. I will dream about the shroom burger and the cafe burger until the day I die. Dad is a Marine living at The VA Nursing Home at Montrose and this is his favorite place because they always treat him well and the food is delicious. “I’ve been to Cilantro twice. It has mixed reviews, but I’m not one to be scared off by those. The first time I had the enchiladas de mole poblano y pollo. I try mole often because I love chocolate and the idea of it in a sauce intrigues me. Cilantro’s mole is the best I’ve ever tasted with a richness and depth of flavor I haven’t had elsewhere. My husband had the chicken taco salad and was impressed as well. They did not skimp on the chicken and it didn’t taste like Cisco chicken. Last night I had the black bean and mango salad.
