Absolutely incredible. One of the best meals I’ve ever had.
Awesome new omakase spot definitely worth checking out. Chef Ambrely has created an incredible menu with flavors you can’t find anywhere else, while still staying true to tradition and technique. I also loved her unique showcase of fermentation throughout the menu. Chef herself is such a force - loved her energy. The quality, ingenuity, and overall experience were all amazing, highly recommend!
Anba Omakase should be called HOMEakase as is one of those rare places where everything just feels right from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is incredibly cosy and intimate, with a warm, welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. It’s not just a dinner—it’s an experience.
