Incompetent and unprofessional service. They also like to blame the customer for their mistake. Have not seen my father in 2 years and wanted to gift him a cake to make him feel good. Of course they accepted payment and assured me everything would work out just to let me know last second without an apology and explanation that they cannot deliver.
Ordered Mo 12/21a big order for Christmas .. arrived as advised after 12:00 pm to pick it up for my host .. to find out that they totally did not place the order .. I had to go to my Christmas dinner empty handed !!! !!
