The worst experience ever. Today it was my 2rd try and it was the worst. A lot of staff and a long queue and the chaos reigned. After 15 min and getting mixed messages regarding the order we decided to leave. Never ever will I go back to this mess of store. It was every time the broadway location, since we are living close by. Maybe it’s better in other locations, but since the offer isn’t unique for NYC there are plenty of brands to go to.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Angelina’s Bakery in Seaside. I ordered a graduation cake for a special celebration, expecting a fresh, custom-made dessert. Instead, the cake was clearly frozen, with a dry, crumbly texture and an off taste that screamed “freezer burn.” To make matters worse, despite clearly requesting the graduate’s name on the cake, it arrived with no personalization whatsoever—just a generic design that looked like it was slapped together...read full review
