The food was delicious, I got a tofu bao bun. The tofu was fried and tasted great. My friends had a ramen bowl and rice bowl. They both said it was delicious. My friend who had a rice bowl said that it was the best rice dish she's ever had.
Vegetarian options: There's tofu options for protein and the ability to order vegan ramen.
Ani ramen was good. Order on a kiosk and makes it easy to customize. I got the chefs special ramen with chicken. Chicken was good and not overly cooked. I felt like the ramen was more salted than it needed to be. Broth was okay. Nice to take out and sit outside and watch the boats go by!

Quick turnaround if you go off peak hours. The ramen soup base has excellent flavor - not overly salty and is well-developed. The pork belly is moist and tasty. Also the bao buns are perfectly balanced flavor-wise. Highly recommended.
