This is an interesting restaurant that is part Italian and part other types of foods. The place has a really nice atmosphere, both inside and outdoors. The restaurant 's waiting area/bar was beautiful. The service was top notch in that they have the patience to allow us to have a conversation before coming to take our orders. The dishes are tasty but the plating was interesting. All the entrees came in a bowl style plating. Overall, it was a good experience.
I have been a hotel guest at Aman twice in the past two months. The hotel is stunning and understated at once. The décor and mood are soothing and details are attended to as expected in a hotel of this caliber. After two stays I have a few notes that would make the guest experience even more superb. January 2024 the food was good and the atmosphere great. Everything improved a lot. Only the drinks are still a joke, they will push you to order drinks, many times and when you order you have to wait to long.
