*Wrote this review on yelp already but it had a word limit. So this review will act as the full review as it will contain all the items I’ve tried*
This place is phenomenal in every aspect. The food is very authentic, flavorful, and all items are reasonably priced. I tried out their food on Oct. 3 and again on the 9th. The first time I did a take out and the second time I did a dine-in. It is THAT delicious that I needed to create a Yelp account to write my review for them...read full review

Bites of Xi'an 56 provides a tasty and affordable dining experience with a variety of dishes. The stewed beef noodle remains a popular choice, offering generous portions of tender beef and fresh noodles. The broth can be adjusted to the desired spice level, catering to different preferences. The noodles are dense, chewy, and satisfying, while the Szechuan sauce gives a tingling and numbing sensation on the tongue. Recently, Cold Skin Noodles have emerged as a favorite among diners, praised for their refreshing taste, especially in summer. The spicy chicken cold dish is available, but some reviewers found it a bit too salty. The sour plum drink is a refreshing choice, made with more plums and fewer preservatives than other brands. The restaurant also offers a Crispy Burger with Cumin Lamb, mixed spicy veggies, and Pork and Chive Dumplings, all noted for their flavors. Although the decor is basic and the restaurant can feel warm, it is considered kid-friendly, making it a popular spot for families. The service is friendly and flexible, allowing for easy adjustments to orders.
