The staff is always warm, welcoming, pleasant, helpful, kind, and efficient, with consistent positive energy. Service is always exceptional, and the team works hard with no long wait. They are patient and caring about allergy concerns. The baristas make a perfect Cortado, the best iced matcha lattes, and top-tier matcha and strawberry shortcake. Seasonal specials include the lemon loaf macha (no loaf in it) and the shaken vanilla bean macha. The vibe is great, and this absolute gem delivers both comfort and quality.
