Coffee/espresso drinks are nice but way too expensive. Clod brew/drip coffee being over $5 is a tough sell with other non-Starbucks/dunkin stores in the area.
I didn’t realize New Yorkers could be this slooooow.
Blue Bottle is already one of my favorites, and dropping into the Penn Plaza location reminded me why. For a spot steps from Penn Station, the room is a genuine surprise, high ceilings, big windows, and an open, airy layout that stays calm even with Midtown foot traffic right outside. Seating is comfortable and the staff were genuinely friendly and easy to deal with.
