Borgo offers a divine dining experience with a versatile menu. Delectable options include focaccia, squash, cannelloni, and an impressive sausage dish. The salad is always massive, and portion sizes vary. Appetizers were awesome, and the pasta was perfectly al dente. Flavor combinations were beautifully done. The restaurant also features nice desserts, veal and chicken dishes that were beautifully prepared, and rich ravioli. The house martini is well-balanced and thoughtfully made.
