My out-of-town friends and I enjoyed our lunch and were pleased we weren't rushed, since we were catching up on many years apart.

We honestly didn't expect much from Bistro Verde but decided to go there because Nordstrom's was in the area of a show we were seeing. The restaurant--right smack in the middle of the sales floor--didn't impress me at first with its overly bright lighting but our greeting as we checked in and one of the loveliest servers I've ever had certainly changed my first impression.
