This is THE SPOT. Every time I go there, I’m greeting with a smile. Everyone there is so welcoming and personable. Moving here 3 months ago, I’m still figuring everything out, but when I get my morning coffee, they make me feel so comfortable and calm. The workers and decor give it a cozy atmosphere, and the coffee is amazing! I initially walked in for the reviews when I googled, but I go back for the reasons they got those reviews. I went there around 9:30 am for breakfast toast and coffee. The food, service, and the decor are spectacular!I got the avocado toast and the cortadito, both of which are amazing. The portion on the toast is generous and the cortadito is strong and feels just right.The service crew is friendly, efficient, and for the lack of a better word, feels homely.The cafe is sunny with warm sunny yellows and bright whites. Their coffee is really strong, fragrant, and really good. Highly recommended.The Matcha isn't bad either but I prefer having their coffee, you can smell it from a mile away.When they first took over the deli and were trying to turn the spot into a cafe, both myself and my colleagues were surprised. How were they going to make it work in such a tiny place? The renovations took a while but they did it! and it is pretty darn nice.The staff are fantastic people, very kind.
