Caliente Cab Co. is a fantastic restaurant with amazing food and service. They have a cool outdoor area and a great indoor space with a great, energetic atmosphere. The staff are super friendly, helpful, pretty nice, and warm. The food, like nachos, calamari, skirt steak quesadilla, and elotes, is delicious, carefully prepared, and outstanding with good portion sizes. The Passion Fruit margarita is a hit. The service is terrific, fast, and outstanding. The food is outstanding, and the drinks are huge. The carne asada tacos and guacamole were delicious, though the short rib taco was not a hit. Caliente Cab Co. delivers quality that makes it a great recommendation.
