We did not have a good experience at this location. Last night, we had a 6:00 reservation at Carmines. We were seated around 5:55 and gave our drink/food order at 6:00. At 6:09 (timestamp of photo I took), we got our drink order. At this time, the restaurant wasn't yet busy so we had an empty table next to us. That table was seated probably around 6:30. At 6:47, the table that was seated after us received their meal which was the exact same thing we had ordered.

One of the greatest dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the waiter was notably outstanding. It was Christmas and although it was packed, everything was absolutely perfect and the restaurant just had an incredible vibe. Best Italian Christmas ❤️
Visited the Time Square Carmine’s on November 22. We have been frequent customers from Toronto, Canada and I must say this was the best meal we have had in a long time. Food and service was excellent!! Will be back.
