About Cha Dimsum & Chinese Cuisine

Cha Dimsum & Chinese Cuisine offers a fresh and authentic Chinese dining experience with a focus on dim sum. Visitors consistently praise the food for being delicious, interesting, and very fresh. Favorite dishes include pork soup dumplings, shumai, fishball, chicken with spicy garlic sauce, steamed vegetable dumplings, and milk curds. Many reviews highlight the large, high-quality shrimp, flavorful soup with just the right amount of spice, and moist steamed vegetable dumplings that resemble a dim sum bun. The restaurant’s ambiance is described as great, with a friendly and efficient staff, including a chef who personally brings out dim sum and offers helpful advice on what to eat first.

While some find the buffet dim sum pricey and limited, most appreciate the variety of individual dishes available, especially for those craving authentic dim sum. The restaurant is noted for its authenticity, as it offers dim sum items that are hard to find elsewhere, with some custom orders like orange beef and shrimp in General TSO’s sauce receiving positive comments. The restaurant can be small and crowded, leading to long waits during peak hours, but visits after busy times tend to be quicker and more comfortable. Cleanliness, especially of the bathrooms, is also appreciated. Overall, Cha Dimsum & Chinese Cuisine is a favorite for those seeking authentic, flavorful Chinese food in a welcoming environment.
