“It is a Starbucks different from the others, it has some coffees that they don't have anywhere else and that are truly delicious. They also have food although we didn't try it. It is a super spacious space and they also have a terrace.“

“As I was standing in line at a nearby pop-up bagel, a group of locals (presumed to be?) in front of me joined us, holding coffee.
I tried an oat milk latte because I thought it would be a pretty good place to buy something for my group, and it was delicious!
I wouldn't go there on purpose, but I recommend it if you're nearby.“

Pastries --- the danishes really shine, and I really like the current seasonal Napoleon pie! Good balance of cream and raspberries --- and real proper raspberries without a ton of filler ingredients (of course, if you prefer custard-heavy or jam, this isn't going to hit the spot for you like it did for me).“

“Had an absolutely BRILLIANT Cortado here this afternoon. I don't order them to test a barista, but honestly, it is the rolled French omlette of milk-based drinks. Just the way I like it, with some (perfectly) microfoamed milk sitting on top of the shot. Adorned with a lovely little heart, sure, but this wasn't latté art for art's sake. The shot itself was expertly pulled, and the whole experience was 100%. My companions’ drip-brewed cup and flat white were also good. Or rather, I tried it, and bam, the flat white spot on. Milk had been expertly steamed so it was sweet, and married perfectly to the shot itself.

Been coming to this neighborhood for about 15 years and man alive, great to have something of this quality.“

Because the space is limited, we drank in the lobby of the Ace Hotel next door.

“Stylish atmosphere, lots of seating and very nice service. The matcha latte was a bit too lukewarm, but tasted well.
I wish they had some non-sweet pastries. A great place to have some laptop work done with a cup of good coffee.

“I had a situation where I ordered a drink and didn’t communicate properly because I was in a rush and ended up not liking it when I got to work. I went back to them and let them know about my drink mishap and they made me a new drink for free no questions asked. Exemplary customer service and a really nice staff. “This Joe Coffee was tucked around near Track 11 / Greybar passage, so the best part avoids the big lines and rush in any other coffee shop. My large latte, 12 oz (which I'm glad the barista showed me for no surprises), was $6, which I'll usually make an exception for when time is precious and taste was good. Enjoy!“
