Honestly pretty decent coffee. Average price for the area ($5.50 medium latte). Mix of seating (high top, tables, couch) and relatively quiet on a Tuesday afternoon.

Pastries are not worth it. But the coffee is great. I ordered the dirty horchata and was very happy.
Iced honey bee latte is so good like crack. They also got me right with some latte art to surprise my mom with. 4 stars because my chocolate croissant was definitely made yesterday.
