Dear Margo is one of those places that consistently gets everything right. The food is always fresh, the quality is excellent, and the service is warm and welcoming every single time. Everyone is genuinely lovely, attentive, and kind, which makes the entire experience that much better. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such a high standard of both food and hospitality so consistently. Always a pleasure dining here, and I can’t recommend it enough!
Amazing food and service
This is a new neighborhood joint that is very popular right now. But I don’t think it’s a flash in the pan. The neighborhood needed something different and Dear Margo is fitting the bill. It’s inviting and exciting all at once.
We had spreads and skewers - amazing pita - and free frozen yogurt for dessert. No one was disappointed, and we tipped like Rockefellers!

This new neighborhood joint is very popular right now, but it is not a flash in the pan. The neighborhood needed something different and Dear Margo is fitting the bill. It is inviting and exciting all at once. Guests have had spreads and skewers, amazing pita, and free frozen yogurt for dessert. No one was disappointed.
The staff is friendly and the owner is on his game when it comes to customer service. Portions are generous and sharing is recommended. The only down side would be the limited bar (wine only) and it does get loud inside.
This great Mediterranean restaurant has excellent food and a spectacular level of service that far exceeds that of highly rated restaurants. The trio of hummus, baba ghanoush and beet tahini served with fresh pita and crudités was a great start. The branzino was delish and went well with the slightly charred, sweetened Brussel sprouts. The service was impeccable as the wait staff seemed to anticipate every need. Lovely atmosphere whether eating indoors or out.
A great lunch with the family saw outstanding service and food. The 5 spreads were all delicious, and the lamb schwarma was also great. After a day at the Frick, Dear Margo was fabulous. The service was very attentive, but the food was so, so good. Everything tasted wonderful. Two couples got to try so many flavors. Truly outstanding. And then: the house dessert. The perfect ending.
