Deli El Chapincito Reviews
Really good food, not an exaggeration. Fresh tortillas, beans are not from a can. good stuff.
Tasted just like my late Abuelas home cooking. Everything was so flavorful and authentic.
Not an exaggeration to say, some of the best food you can get for $15 in the city. Tomatoes braised shortribs, black beans and rice plate + fried chicken quarter + roasted lemon chicken + chicken tamal.

Deli El Chapincito serves authentic, homestyle Guatemalan food that tastes just like home cooking. The food is delicious and amazing, with generous portions for the price. The Bistec De Pollo with rice and beans is a great combo. The ladies working there are sweet and do this for the love of food and to serve their community. The spot has a unique, authentic feel and is considered "Guatemala in New York." It is a place for those who know, offering a really great meal. The main drawback is that some find the food to be pricey.
