Food and customer service are great. I literally eat here everyday to the point that know what ima ask for. They should make my order the Ian special. Ask for the hot honey. I put that s**t on everything.
Used to be one of my go to lunch places but service quality has certainly dropped. Routinely waiting over 30 min when using the app, and the food is lukewarm. Staff looks stressed so maybe the location needs more people. Food tastes good but can't recommend if you are pressed on time.Nov '23 update: service is still extremely slow... Waiting 30 min past scheduled pick-up time.
