I've come to this location for YEARS. There has been a change in staff within the past month, and unfortunately the service has declined. I'm going to give 4 stars because I've come here with little to no issues over the years, I'm not going to let a month of poor service change my overall rating. If you order through the app, your items aren't ready when you go to pickup. They're burning the food/ overcooking. A few times the coffee has tasted off. Closest Dunkin near my office so when I have a craving for their coffee, I go here. They have a kiosk you can order from if you don't want to go to the counter (basically the same as ordering in the app). One thing I don't like about the kiosk is that you have to pay with your DD app, you can't scan for points only. In any case, the food here is alright, but the drinks are better. I.e. I ordered the sourdough breakfast sandwich and it was a tad dry. Wish they offered hot sauce...read full review
