Quick grab-and-go stop with no waiting line, which was great. The food and matcha were good as usual, but the customer service could definitely be improved.
Don’t know why this gets a bad rap. Friendly guy at the till, quick service, good coffee and fresh donuts.
Typical NYC shop. Tiny, but in and out quickly and service was friendly. It’s why America runs on Dunkin 😜
