Awesome restaurant. Our server was top notch and the food was bang in’
My friend and I visited Extra Virgin after work. The outdoor seating area was nice, although the table and chairs were not evenly placed on the narrow dining platform.
The mushroom crusted Virgin chicken was good; the chicken breast wasn’t too dry, and the mushroom crust was crispy. The risotto was well-cooked and seasoned, but the dressing sauce was a bit too savory for our taste.
The bolognese ragotoni was alright. I wouldn’t say it’s the best or most impressive...read full review

ROCKS!! Especially JR & Fabio.
Extra Virgin is a cozy neighborhood gem in the West Village. The atmosphere is great, with a cozy vibe and delicious cocktails. The food is reliable and great, with dishes like roasted chicken and salmon prepared to perfection. While some dishes may not be the best, there are plenty of other options to try, such as the Ahi Tuna Crudo or Housemade Spinach & Ricotta Raviolini. The outdoor seating area is nice, and the service is good. Customers praise the pistachio and goat cheese salad, the grilled Atlantic salmon, and the lobster bucatini alla vodka. The desserts are also delicious, especially the ice cream. Although the restaurant is closing soon, it's still worth visiting for a worthwhile experience.
